Dr. Veer Chahwala, MD, RPVI is a board-certified vascular surgeon. He joined VSA in 2023.
Dr. Chahwala graduated with a chemistry degree from Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven, GA. He received his Doctor of Medicine at the Chicago Medical School at RFUMS in Chicago, IL. He completed his general surgery residency through the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. After, he completed a vascular surgery fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Chahwala is a member of the Journal of Vascular Surgery and Georgia Vascular Society.
Outside of work, Dr. Chahwala enjoys sports, hiking, traveling and photography.
Since joining Vascular Surgical Associates in 2023, Dr. Chahwala has continued to help us provide expert, compassionate care. He is motivated by improving the lives of his patients and their families by helping his patients achieve the best quality of life possible.
